The purpose of the method section is to explain how the data was collected and how it was analzyed. It essential to include this because it helps the readers validate the results. Besides, there can be more than one method of collecting that specific data. This section should not be a story, or have step bu step instructions of what the writer did. Also, the methodology should include any problems that occured and the attempts to solve or minimize them. Some errors researchers make are irevelent details, unnecessary explanation of basic procedures, and problem blindness.
